Blue Mountain Hydro is a micro-hydroelectric consulting company located in the Catskills of New York or what the early settlers called, 'The Blue Mountains'. Our mission is to not only supply clean renewable energy to the Mid-Hudson region, but to do so in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Working closely with members of the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), we strive to make 'damless' applications and ensure all water taken from a stream is returned to its source without depleting it.
